How long will it take to process my return?
Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 10 days of receipt of the return order. They can only accept returns if the item was purchased directly from spanx.com. Currently, they are unable to process returns from retail stores and other online retailers. After clicking the "Start Free Return" button, enter your order number and email. Returns with an order number will be listed. Please click on the order number associated with your order. This will take you to the screen to reprint the label.
What is their return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with any of their products for any reason, they are happy to accept your return for a refund within 90 days of your purchase. Free shipping for returns within the U.S. You will be responsible for shipping for returns outside the U.S. Currently, they only accept returns for products purchased on Spanx.com. For items purchased through a retail store, please return to the original place of purchase. Your original purchase price refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Original shipping and handling will not be refunded. Please allow up to 30 days from the date they receive your return to receive your refund.
