Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please make sure to enter "CANCEL" in the subject line of your support ticket. If you need to change or correct the shipping address for your order, be sure to enter "Address Correction" in the subject line. This will help them process these requests as quickly as possible. Once an order has been assigned tracking, they cannot be modified or cancelled.
How does return work?
You can report issues with your order by contacting them at support@thatdailydeal.com. In the more unlikely case, no problem but you still don't like the item, they suggest giving it to someone as a gift or selling it on craigslist or ebay. They are 99.9% sure you will love anything you order from them. In case there is any problem with your order, it must be reported (indicated by tracking information) within 7 days of the delivery date.
What kind of orders can be returned?
Merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days of scheduling and issuing the RMA form (again, the form must be provided with the item for processing). To be eligible for consideration, the item must still be in its original packaging, unopened and not damaged in any way, shape or form. You will pre-arrange the return with them just as you would with a defective item, but you will be charged return postage. Postage for this item will not be refunded.
Where do they start shipping and how soon?
They were shipped to the adjoining United States. Unfortunately, this does not include APO/FP/DOD or Hawaii and Alaska addresses. If you place an order using APO/FPO/DOD or Hawaii and Alaska addresses, they will cancel and credit your order at their discretion, with or without notice.
